I can not fly...! Aerophobia: causes and treatment

Fear of flying or aerophobia is a disease from which many people in the modern world suffer. People with aerophobia are unable to travel by air transport because they experience terrible fear and panic attacks. Moreover, sometimes it is enough to simply be in the cockpit of an aircraft or other aircraft.

Quite often, aerophobia is associated with another fear - acrophobia or fear of heights, where the fear of flying is only a special case, while a person is afraid of heights in general. This complicates his life, often interferes with work and rest, not allowing him to retire far from home. And it often appears as a symptom accompanying false life strategies.

But today aerophobia is not an incurable disease and it can be dealt with quickly enough with the help of psychotherapy.
