How to launch a podcast quickly and for a penny [p. 1/2]

At the height of the quarantine, my friends and I decided to record a podcast, for the soul, preferably for free, and always remotely: they are in Rostov, I am in Los Angeles. It didn't work out at all for free, but in six months we have collected a solid set of techniques and tools for the most simple and cheap start, which I hasten to share.

In theory, a podcast is easy, you go through 4 basic steps - profit.
