The media have once again confirmed the highest "anti-vaccination status" of Russia among other countries. It would be logical to thoroughly and clearly understand the reasons and eliminate these reasons. The idea that this does not occur to anyone is unconvincing. So, it is not profitable for someone? Moreover, we all (reliably) know that many of those who belong to one or another branch of government have not yet been vaccinated. Whether it is reasonable or not, many of us, "ordinary people" believe that the "powers that be" are more informed about the real essence of many phenomena. The way representatives of the same power structures wear medical masks (and we see it on TV) does not require proof that this is a "proforma". There is no need for proof and “no” effectiveness of masks that retail offers to its visitors ...
There is a special "headquarters" in the country, whose task, of course, should include the analysis of numerous data, the assessment and comparison of various possible scenarios and the development of solutions. But, on a daily basis, only statistics and words about the need for vaccination are "poured" on our heads. But, these words (even from the mouths of experts, and not from the lips of “effective managers”) are very unconvincing and raise many (perplexed) questions.

Answers to these and a number of other questions, most likely, will allow us to shift the point of view of most of our anti-vaccinationists, because among them the number of ardent supporters of conspiracy theories is very small. You just need to start talking honestly with the population. And if effective managers are not up to such conversations, then you need to introduce this into their direct responsibilities (in the KPI).
