SIMCom Wireless Solutions and MTS have tested the change of subscriber profiles to eSIM using eSIM M2M technology through the SIM7500E-L1C, SIM7600E-H1CD, SIM7906E-PCIE, SIM7070G, etc. cellular communication modules (the list will be updated). An agreement was also reached on joint work to promote and support the eSIM M2M technology.

The term eSIM (embedded-SIM) refers to two technologies standardized in the GSMA: "eSIM M2M" ( https://www.gsma.com/esim/remote-sim-provisioning-for-machine-to-machine/ ) and “ eSIM Consumer ". Both technologies allow remotely loading a subscriber profile (virtual SIM card) into the eSIM memory, but there is a significant difference in how the subscriber profiles are initialized.
