Let's start at the beginning: what does ERP mean for Severstal?
ERP is a large and complex system that records production operations, resources, finances and company assets. It allows you to automate the work of a large enterprise and make any process (from document circulation to the sale of several hundred tons of metal) simpler, faster and more convenient.
At Severstal, ERP is the heart of the company. It employs 20 thousand users, and it is difficult to imagine the work of such a huge metallurgical corporation without ERP. Severstal is not just factories, workers and hard physical labor. We increase work efficiency through digital technologies, actively use Data Science, robotic and digitalize processes.
