I had a chance to work at a construction site when I was a student. Not for long, just a week. But for this he managed to contemplate a whole life, with unusual characters, twists and turns and, of course, dramas.
I see similar dramas every day at work. Although, at the construction site there were bricklayers, foremen and handymen, and at work - programmers, analysts, developers, project managers and bosses.

Initial at the construction site
Three bricklayers worked at the construction site - Kostya, Rustam and Uncle Tolya. Kostya was 25 years old, Rustam was under 40, Uncle Tole was 50-60 years old (apparently, that's why a respectful "uncle" was added to his name). I, and another 15 students and schoolchildren, were laborers - bring it, give it, move on, don't bother.
We were building a two-story building - like, the future cafe. When I arrived, work was in progress on the second floor. Uncle Tolya built the western wall, Kostya and Rustam - the northern one. The southern wall has not yet been built, because building materials were raised through it.
