[Poll] How much do you give a damn about the features of the latest version of the language?

Many people in interviews like to drive on the latest features of the language. This has always puzzled me, at least in the field of web development. On the front-end you look at CanIUse (or mess with polyfills), and on the back-end you look at the vps / vds templates provided by hosters and figure out when the language versions you need will appear in them. And I absolutely don't mind deploying a runtime version that is different from the system version, but let's be honest with ourselves. What percentage of you are guided by the latest available version of the language, and not what will be given in the next couple of years in sensations, browsers and datacenters. Attention poll!
