We are only 6 people and in fact we are a project office. We strive to do less with our own hands, but more to design and organize work. And these are projects, projects and once again projects that are tied to IT development - the development of web and mobile applications, promo and content projects, automation of business processes and support for startups.
For all our smallness, we work a lot, for a long time (and often painfully) with large companies that have very high requirements for both quality and project management. We encounter very different design processes: from too bureaucratic to sheer freedom. It even happened at the same time both processes on different projects in one company. And we have to cope with all this, steering in negotiations and working with clients of any complexity, and we try to be friends for a long time.
