Certification seal template when needed correctly and not like everyone else

This is a story about how, having only a little skill in working in a graphic editor and a desire to do it, I began to develop a template for the certification seal, about the problems that I had to meet, overcoming them, and how it all ended up in the end.





It all started in 2009, when, instead of scanning the print for documents in electronic form (as is usually done), for various reasons (including the already noticeable deformation of the polymer of the current print), I planned to redraw it. But before that I decided to check if it was made using one of the popular generators. My assumption turned out to be correct and, after a few minutes, printing, with 100% accuracy, I got simply by choosing the appropriate font and entering the necessary data into the fields of the program. The result looked something like this:

Printing is not sensitive to spatial orientation.  In the middle is a readable 2D barcode

The print was made in conditions as close as possible to real ones: ordinary office paper of average quality, no stamping mat was used. The image was not post-processed (as it is, the paint is black), the equipment is "Trodat Printy 4642", the rubber is "Trodat lassico":
