There was a plan for the planning of the territory , limited by the railway tracks of the Kursk direction, Lyublinskaya street, Nizhnye Pola street, Pererva street, Moscow, South-Eastern Administrative District (the pictures are best viewed from the PDF file by the link )

A funny transformation took place at the Biryulevskaya metro line. Some kind of zigzag appeared with a stop in Kuryanovo, then the line goes to MEPhI, and there is no Saburovo metro station at all.

So you can see that Perervu Street is proposed to be expanded during construction. Such an expansion may mean both the subsequent use of Pererva for the South Rocada , and the option that the South Rocada project will be postponed until the end of construction, or the project will be divided into two parts: one part will be launched along Pererva, and the other will be sent through the Lower and Upper fields.

What is not visible in the project is how the movement of public transport will be organized. It would be logical to create a tram network that connects metro and MCD stations.
