I have already talked about how the first review of Russian BI systems was made and why it was decided to tackle this issue. A year has passed since the first version of the report was published. As everyone knows, the year is far from the easiest, although, according to many experts, it allowed the IT component to reach a new level.
So we decided not to postpone the release of the second review, but to see if the domestic BI developers managed to survive, and maybe continue or even accelerate their development. It was also curious to see how the developers managed to implement the plans they talked about a year earlier.
Therefore, we did not change the analysis criteria - instead, we slightly changed the platform analysis process itself. Specifically, we have installed a solution and have been using it for some time. In addition, we analyzed customer perceptions of the strengths and challenges of BI products, etc. In addition, our team has been actively cooperating with market representatives throughout the year in order to understand what exactly they think is important and what needs to be reflected in the review. So there are many changes, the result seems interesting to us.
