Belgium is the heart of the European Union, beer and waffles from here are famous all over the world, but not so much has been heard about the IT industry of this country as about Germany . And in vain - there are a lot of IT companies here, and many of them are connected with the telecom industry, which makes Belgium the main "liaison" for the whole of Europe.
