Impact of risk on new product creation or why will all products be the same?

What is the risk in creating a product?



Imagine that you are tasked by a stakeholder to create a new product β€œfrom scratch”, for example, for the sphere of pharmacies for the delivery and purchase of medicines. At the same time, you can choose any implementation method without looking back, choose any business model, and you even have examples or guesses that other business models and methods may well be more successful.
