This year, Ilya Yakyamsev, an agile coach from Wiley, will speak in the Team section at DUMP. We talked with Ilya about his talk , evil stand-up and how stage experience helps to conduct trainings.
Ilya, hello! At DUMP you will give a talk “Please, Speak! How to build effective communication in a team ”. You also act as a stand-up comedian. We will not ask you to joke in our interview, but we will simply ask questions to you, the manager, and you, the comedian .
Could you tell us more about what your report will be about? Possible spoilers :)
I always talk about what worries me right now - and for the last couple of years I have been worried about how to work with several teams instead of many people. I have not yet reached absolute perfection, so as not to speak one-on-one at all, but the movement in this direction is confident.
The report will be useful for managers who would like to work more on the product and with the client than to sit in the hell of interpersonal interaction and send information from darkness to darkness.
