For omnichannel product analytics, League Betting uses Amplitude , a funnel-tested registration-identification system. Our task is to help our clients get started playing in one click.
Based on the data obtained from Amplitude, we formulated hypotheses: "Why clients do not complete identification?" and started checking. Some were successful, others less, but the effect is positive. We connected the maximum of client events to the service, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, plan the following tasks, based on analytics, and want to show in practice how we improve our product.
