Legal Tech is gaining momentum and becoming an increasingly popular direction not only for research, but also for work. Russia has not yet developed master's programs for Legal Tech: some areas include legal informatics in so far as (for example, "Lawyer of the World Financial Market" at the Higher School of Economics). But in Germany, demand has already generated supply - there are separate master's programs tailored for Legal Tech, although they remain a piece and unique product. And I would like to dedicate this post to them.
Why Germany? Firstly, it is famous for its high-quality and relatively inexpensive education in relation to other European countries. Secondly, Germany is distinguished by many scholarships for foreign students and an established system of their adaptation / language training. Thirdly, English-language programs can also be found in the country. Plus, for those who have received a basic legal education in Russia, it will be easier to study legal subjects at a German university due to the similarity of the legal systems of the two countries.
Note . The descriptions of the modules reflect the most important elements of their content. In German universities, modules are divided into compulsory, elective and electives, so that an individual set of modules from the program is compiled by the student and his supervisor after admission.
