Spring is always renewal. After the black and white winter, bright colors of rested nature begin to appear, and small but numerous small details begin to sparkle with new facets, creating a feeling of freshness and novelty. And our browser is no exception - we also have spring.
Disable annoying dialogues
Probably, many people over the winter are fed up with these dialogues that pop up on all sites with a proposal to accept the Cookies policy or to do an even more boring thing - the settings of these same Cookies. We are also tired of this, so in the new version we added the ability to disable the appearance of these dialogs. Absolutely. To do this, you need to go to the browser settings, the Privacy section, Ad and tracking blocker, and connect one or both in the block lists - as in the picture:
After that, these dialogs will no longer annoy you.
Refreshing the colors
Our designers have done a great job. You will probably notice the differences in the rendering of the sidebar buttons, and the cells of the Express panel began to look different, and the entire browser color palette has been significantly redesigned:

Less clicks, more action
The dialog for creating bookmarks has also noticeably changed - now more fields are filled in automatically, and the process itself has become much faster - the number of clicks required to create a bookmark has significantly decreased:

By the way, a new mobile version of Vivaldi 3.8 for Android has also been released today. Among the main changes are the same disabling of the panel with the Cookies settings, as well as the ability to switch the browser language regardless of the device language, and the option to add the Express panel button to the address panel when it is placed at the bottom, so that it is more convenient to work with one hand.
