The resume and the answer to the test task is the first thing that the employer receives from the candidate. If something is wrong at this stage, it does not come to the interview. Only the candidate is not always told what exactly the problem is.

We asked our students, alumni and subscribers to share their memories of how they were looking for a job. Months later, someone still does not understand why he or she was not invited for an interview - there were guesses and questions. We showed these stories to those who are hiring developers, and it turned out to be a whole dialogue - now all situations can be viewed from both sides. Each item was commented on by the technical director of HTML Academy Alexey Maleikov and HR front-end outsourcing "Liga A." Sofia Petlyakova.

We are responding and want to find out the employer's decision as soon as possible. Of course, companies can get hundreds of job applications, and they need time to review the resume and evaluate the completed test assignments. But sometimes the answers come after a month or don't come at all.

I felt frustrated and misunderstood: why is there no response to the response? I believe that if a person responded, and his resume was viewed, then you need to respond with the note "do not fit the vacancy", "refused", "resume not for this vacancy", etc. - that is, yes or no. And I think that watching without an answer is strange.
