Hello everyone! I suggest you watch in real time how I am trying to get an order that I made on the Yandex market and how I have been fighting with technical support for the third day already. As for me, this is an exciting activity! Of course, the article does not carry much value, but, perhaps, it will be interesting to you.

I think many people know what Yandex is with its Yandex market service. Over the past few years, the market has turned from a price aggregator into a full-fledged platform where you can purchase goods online from partners or from Yandex itself.







Yandex is actively developing its services, which I use every day. We must pay tribute to maps, navigator or Yandex music. (Not advertising, I just really use these products).

I perfectly understand that people work everywhere and there is a human factor, that sometimes mistakes happen, then the delivery will come later, then the order will be completely canceled, and you were waiting for it - all this is understandable, of course not pleasant, but you can understand and forgive.



But then I was faced with a situation that was incomprehensible to me. I made a regular order in the market, I needed a cabin filter for a car. Link to the product I



paid for the purchase, the default delivery was "on-click" - this is a new feature of a bug from Yandex, when an order arrives at a warehouse near your home and you order a courier delivery by clicking, and he brings you your order in the range of 15 -40 minutes. At the appointed time, I received a notification that "the courier is ready to deliver the order" and I can call him - which I did. After waiting for about two hours, no one came to me, and I received a message that "The courier could not deliver me the order."







Having called the support of the market, I was told that there are not enough couriers now and try again. But these attempts did not lead to anything - the situation is the same. Calls and correspondence with technical support do not give any results at all.



By the way, in a chat with support, all messages are processed by the bot, judging by the dialogues, or they simply answer with ready-made phrases about some drivers - but this is not accurate.

There is also a separate bug, my order is allegedly from a courier who has been carrying it to me for the second day. Of course, perhaps this is a special feature for delivery by slow couriers, or simply Yandex is developing a delivery service based on turtles or snails.

After the publication, a call came from representatives of the Yandex market. They also wrote from a corporate account on Habré, promising to somehow resolve the situation. According to preliminary data, the parcel has gone somewhere :) Apparently if I had not written to Habr, then it would have remained to wait for the courier who is not there and try to press the button that is not there. I will keep up to date on this quest. At the moment, the situation has not been resolved. Maybe Yandex representatives will see this and contact me?



This mysticism greatly spoiled my impression of the service, henceforth I will think several times to make an order on the Yandex market again. Most likely, I will move to other online trading platforms, since there are many of them and they work more stably and predictably.

Three times they called back from support. As a result, they sent it by manual parcel, this is when you call the courier to send the parcel. It was indicated that you were marked as the recipient of the parcel. I don't know what happened at Yandex, but something tells me that if I hadn't written here, then nothing would have gotten off the ground. Sorry if this post has offended anyone.
