More than a year has passed since the introduction of severe restrictive measures related to the spread of COVID-19. Now the world is gradually returning to normal life, although the threat of new outbreaks of the disease remains. Therefore, all the necessary measures are taken: masks, gloves and the delivery of PCR tests for various reasons. From an administrative point of view, this is most likely correct.
