How you can (correctly) procrastinate to increase your productivity

If you've ever watched a tennis match, you know the stamina this sport requires. The players are ready to do anything to stay energetic - they jump in place, "losing" weight, slap themselves on the hips and even scream.





But the most important part of the match happens during the pause between rounds. Players rest for 90 seconds before switching sides. They do a lot in this short time-out: change rackets, refuel with water and energy, close their eyes and cover their heads with a towel to focus.
