Cascadeur physics-based character animation software goes into early access

After 10 years of development and 2 years of beta testing, Cascadeur, a program for creating physically correct character animation, is out in Early Access! There are 4 subscription options available to users , one of which is completely free.

Cascadeur allows you to create realistic action scenes with minimal means and without using mocap, taking into account the parameters of the physical model of the character. The program has a low entry threshold, which makes it accessible and understandable for beginners. It also includes AI- powered tools , AutoPosing and AutoPhysics , which greatly simplify pose and animation work.

This release is the culmination of a two-year beta test involving over 70,000 people from the CGI and visual effects industry. However, the development of Cascadeur does not end there.

In the future, it is planned to add a number of new features to the program, including support for loops in animation, the ability to create custom custom rigs, as well as Python scripting, which is designed to facilitate the creation of a rig and automate animation tasks. The plans for the development of Cascadeur can be found here .

You can download the program on the official website of the project - cascadeur.com/ru . Here you will find all the materials you need to start animating right now.
