About outsource and product companies

Hello everyone.



I am a team lead, certified coach and aspiring psychologist.



Recently I thought about why there are so many positive reviews about working in grocery companies and why outsource is so disliked.





I worked in two grocery companies, one outstaff (lived and worked in Abu Dhabi, under a contract with a Minsk company) and two outsource. In total, I was on about 15 projects.





In this article I want to share my vision of the current market situation.





  • During my work, I noticed the following interesting phenomena:





  • In grocery companies, people are more likely to discuss what to change in the product (the language is braided). In outsource companies - in processes





  • Product companies have less management





  • In product companies, less often interaction with the customer (or target audience)





I have not met an outsource analyst on any project.





Here I think it should be clarified what an outsource is.



Outsourcing (in your own words) is an area in which the customer really does not want to do something and decides to transfer this work to a separate team , due to which the latter live.

About less interaction. I think - this is due to the fact that the team will deserve recognition of the father rather with the help of real actions and ask to evaluate them. And in outsource, there is more calming down of the customer, stress relief than the need for an assessment. Or the need for evaluation is shifted to the customer.





Analytics is just an observation. I could not connect with anything.
