Brain, meaning and the end of the world

Let me remind you of the background. My name is Alexey Redozubov and I am engaged in the creation of strong artificial intelligence. My approach revolves around a contextual-semantic model of how the brain works. There was a series of articles about this on Habré and a lot of videos on Youtube. Now I want to talk about the basics of the contextual-semantic model and about recent research that allowed us to look at this model from a new, unexpected side. The research is so incredible that I am sure that many will consider it insane.

There are two interesting and important term - "artificial intelligence" ( AI ) and 'strong artificial intelligence' ( FIC ). In the English tradition, Artificial intelligence (AI) and Artificial general intelligence (AGI). The first implies any computer activity that imitates human intelligence, the second - only such that claims to be something universally general, similar to how a person thinks.

There is no exact definition of FIS. The best there is is the famous Turing Test

A person interacts with one computer and one person. Based on the answers to the questions, he must determine with whom he is talking: with a person or with a computer program. The task of a computer program is to mislead a person into making the wrong choice . "

If a person admits that he cannot distinguish between two hidden interlocutors, then we can talk about a computer reaching the level of FIS.

Let's note a very subtle and at the same time very important point. Simple AI can surpass humans many times over in some area. For example, play chess harder, beat Go or Starcraft. But this does not make him strong.

Well, in development of the topic of meaning and definition, I would like to offer you a story about how our ancestors looked at it and what tips they left us. I understand that this will be quite unexpected, and I am sure that many will consider it crazy, but I specifically made this video in the form of a provocation, not trying to prove something, but trying to arouse curiosity and arouse the desire to understand deeper.
