On March 31st, we published the updated Google Play Developer Program Policy. The changes concern permission to access all files stored on a mobile device, inappropriate content (including profanity), gambling, as well as games, contests and tournaments with real cash prizes. In addition, we have added new clarifications and examples for existing rules - a complete list of changes can be viewed in the Rules Center . All new and existing apps must be brought in line with the updated rules by May 5, 2021.
