How an in-house mini-project turned into a startup

The story of how a complex work format in difficult conditions can lead to an idea for a startup.

Last year I worked for hire in a startup, in the role of a Fullstack developer in conjunction with a Backend developer (remote).

First, work was carried out on a mobile application (analogous to youdo / pro). But in April, in the midst of a pandemic, the guys decided to freeze this project and switch to a marketplace for the delivery of groceries (as many have done).

Someone will ask the question: maybe I should have gone straight away with the idea of ​​looking for a team of specialists? Most likely it would be a different product, and even such specialists would hardly be able to interest only ideas. It is better when the concept is more or less worked out. And yet, when you see the work done and you can "touch" the product, it is easier to decide whether you are ready to participate in this or not.
