Regardless of the product category, the implementation of the RF Government Decree "On Approval of the Labeling Rules ... by Identification Means ..." entails not only allocating a budget for the purchase of new equipment, but also adjusting the company's current processes, and, as a result, making changes to accounting systems. In order to ensure that the company is ready to launch mandatory labeling, the following steps must be taken:
1. Determine the Owner of the Marking business process - the center of responsibility and the Key User - the center of competence for the operations of product / product labeling.
3. Form a working group consisting of heads of departments, whose processes may affect operations related to marking.
4. Introduce a company lawyer to the working group, whose tasks include the examination of regulatory documentation on labeling and tracking changes in the legal field.
5. Appoint the head of the working group, empower him, describe and distribute the roles of each of the participants. Issue an appropriate order for the company.
6. Develop a schedule for launching the labeling process, taking into account the industry's labeling launch schedule.
7. An employee of the company, who has the right to sign documents without a power of attorney, to go through the registration procedure in the personal account of "Honest Sign" (hereinafter LK CHZ). Connect the test LC CZ.
8. Issue an enhanced qualified electronic signature (EEC) with the "Marking" extension for the Key user and connect it to the working and test PC of the ChZ with the "Administrator" role.
