Angular Language Service Update for Visual Studio

Last August, the JavaScript / TypeScript Tools team released the Angular Language Service for Visual Studio users. With this we wanted to appeal to many ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core users who create their client projects using Angular. While this extension received a lot of accolades, it wasn't as user-friendly for all users. We want you to know that we heard you and made some changes. Few details under the cut.

Updates and fixes

We continuously tracked issues on our Github and monitored feedback from the Visual Extension site to see which bugs need to be prioritized and which features need to be added. We have addressed two major issues in this update:
