From what, from what, from what ... 1C world is made

I believe: a great day will come, and some powerful legislator will oblige 1C programmers to indicate the composition of the service provided on the label. With food it seems to have worked out - not everything is smooth, of course, but it is already possible to distinguish sausage "definitely not from meat" from "possibly from meat".

In the meantime, the service "revision of 1C according to customer requirements" has a very, very muddy composition. Let's take a magnifying glass and read what is written in small print.

Trainee training

Well, it lies right on the surface and is known to everyone. However, I will mention.

So, there are interns and novice programmers in francs. Yes, they also need to learn. No, they have nowhere else to learn and nothing else. Only on real tasks of real clients. All courses for a beginner programmer give only a vague idea of the future profession. All the solved educational problems, beautiful queries, written as a configuration diploma, almost in no way bring a person closer to real work.

But it's not that simple. Sometimes the training of trainees is quite honest. For example, a preliminary assessment of the task is given by a professional, and the trainee will work under his supervision, checking the result and for the cost announced in advance. This is acceptable, but rare.

Occasionally there is a sale of an intern as an intern. For example, a client is told - here's a stupid newbie, he has little knowledge, but quickness is more than enough. Take it for 8 hours, pay for 1 hour. Usually for some kind of work that does not require high qualifications, such as drawing pieces of paper, checking leftovers, or something like that.

In most cases, the trainee is sold as a decent programmer. Only experienced customers can recognize a fake - by asking questions, gestures, facial expressions, a red face with excitement (I recommend using video communication), trembling in the voice, etc.

What conclusion do we make then? All is well, and I was in vain here? Does the client get the ingredients they deserve? Who needs to find a good sausage, and a 1C programmer? Or will he do it himself?

What do you think?
