Does a business really need a CRM system?

Do you have a good smartwatch? If there is, then for sure in the process of choosing you tried to convince yourself that this is pampering and far from being a necessity, that it is not very important how much sleep there is and what quality it is - everything is clear as of the state, and the steps and the smartphone will count. Well, paddling in the pool, stairs, gym - why count, there is a load and there is ... Do you really need them? And only after buying a smart watch and living with it for several weeks, you realize: how was it before ?! How many beneficial changes they brought to life, how much new information have you learned about your activity profile, what opportunities for correcting problems and consolidating successes have become obvious! And everything, most likely further without a smart watch, will no longer be able to feel your life as high-quality.





It is no coincidence that I draw an analogy between CRM and smartwatches: a CRM system for a company is a smartwatch that will take data in the same way, analyze and help detect problems and choose the most successful development paths. Moreover, not by feelings and not by intuition, but based on the real profile of your company as a single organism. And in the same way, without CRM, you can no longer: and it does not matter if you are a leader, subordinate or manager.





So what's the catch? The catch is that any smartwatch is useless if you are lying on the couch or sitting at a PC 20/7 + 4 for sleep. It's the same with CRM.
