Everything seems impossible until it is done, or How HR Wallet worked during the raging coronavirus

The anniversary of the massive shift of companies to remote work is approaching. We, like many other companies, have gone through all five stages of accepting the inevitable. It seems that now we can summarize small results: how we first lived, worked, achieved results and did not stop for a minute in the era of a pandemic. We think that our experience can be useful to other HR teams going through a stage of rapid company growth, and we are happy to share it.  





Selection  

The coronavirus caught up with  Wallet  at the most inopportune moment: at the stage of rapid development. We simply did not have the opportunity to plan for a long time and build processes in a new way. The HR team had a big task - to cover all business requests as quickly as possible and recruit employees even faster.  





The absolute record reached by our recruiters is 8 people per week. For the entire year spent remotely, the Wallet team has doubled. 104 new team members, including developers, analysts, executives and more. What is behind this figure? The work of only two (at that time) recruiters!
