Chip and Dale no longer rush to help

The title, of course, is from childhood and the brave chipmunks are immediately remembered. These same chipmunks have always helped everyone and are generally good fellows.

The only problem is that reality is not a cartoon, and Chip and Dale are tired of saving everyone. Tired of constantly reminding us that we need to introduce work with the Customer's clients, call / come and convince that managers still need to be motivated to work, and not grow over with moss.

The reality is that the businesses of our Customers are divided into two types:

  • The ones that can be saved from the swamp of stagnation

  • And those who have already drowned in them up to their ears

I will not specifically voice the situation with our Customers, let all situations remain incognito. And who knows, can call Chip and Dale on the hotline.

So why don't we save anymore

  • It is very difficult emotionally and resource-wise to invest in the second category of Customers. They are good guys, of course, but they refuse to save themselves.

  • All rescues are happily discussed and accepted if the Customer does not need to do anything. And as soon as the activity of the owner / director / ROP is needed, they immediately find 100-500 problems and tasks that are much more important than putting things in order in the CRM / sales department / in the heads of managers / client bases or all kinds of telephony and segmentation with automation. Well, the owner is a master, of course.
