Organizational systems and business processes design map

Greetings, dear Khabrovites. This is my first post on this site, although as a reader you have probably been with you for 10 years. I am not an IT specialist, although I was involved in launching a small number of startups. You can call me a practicing theoretician - I launch products, I do project management, I help companies improve processes, implement all sorts of flexible management tricks, I teach a little at the HSE. But I do all this not so much to make money, but to satisfy my own curiosity about how systems work and keep my head in good shape.

This post was written a couple of years ago on vc.ru , the community rules do not prohibit publishing content from other sites. With your permission, I will post it here again, but with minor adjustments. I hope you find the material and tool in question useful.

About 10 or 11 years ago I got my hands on the book "Outstanding Brands". It was then that I began to think that branding is an integrated approach, and the goal of β€œcreating a brand” without working at the internal levels of organizations is not achievable in principle.

This prompted me to first leave commercial design for branding, then from branding to marketing communications, then to strategic marketing and to brand consulting. Then leave the profession, go into business, participate in the launch of online and offline projects, then start working with startups and small businesses.

Everything in order to face all the challenges faced by the entrepreneur (enterprises) on their own skin and try to unravel the code of success.

This is how the obsession played a good or bad joke on me and took me there what I am doing now. For more than ten years, I not only did something with my hands, but also constantly studied theory, someone else's and my own practice. A huge amount of theory and practice.
