Mathematics, beauty, love - the story of one Valentine

There was a time I was in love and there was little money. I wanted to make some unusual gift for the girl on Valentine's Day, and this gift was such a program, the work of which you see in the first video. Soon February 14, and maybe some of you, this article will inspire you to make your own 3D beauty for your girlfriend.

Well, or you can just take the sources for this one and redo it a little. But what is really there, if your beloved name is Julia, then you are generally lucky. This code was written about 8 years ago and there just eyes can flow out of horror. I was then a very beginner June, so prepare yourself mentally before looking at the source.

As a matter of fact, at first I had a program that simply launched a hurricane of stars on a video card through a computational shader:

It was made using SharpDX and the shaders were written in HLSL.

Then I decided to convert it into a program that collects stars in a 3D heart with a name. I drew everything using Bezier curves. Used the more convenient MonoGame

Kindness and love to you. It didn't work out for me with that girl. I hope this valentine will bring you happiness.
