Jeff Bezos' Amazon was among companies that challenged SpaceX's request on the grounds that the orbit change would interfere with other satellites. And it was they who asked to limit SpaceX satellites to an altitude of 580 kilometers. Musk satellites can fly higher, so why not?
On January 26, Musk tweeted :
People won't be better off if you slow down Starlink's development in favor of Amazon's satellite system, which will work at best in a few years.
Amazon responded to Musk's comment in a CNBC statement:

In a presentation to the FCC, David Goldman, director of SpaceX, emphasized that Amazon had "30 meetings against SpaceX," but "no meetings to authorize their own system." Bezos is now expected to place its satellites in low Earth orbit, 590 km, 610 km and 630 km from the Earth's surface. The launch of the first batch is expected no earlier than 2022.
Many consider 1975 to be the symbolic completion of the previous space race. When the USSR, despite all the contradictions, teamed up with the United States for the Apollo-Soyuz project, the docking of two ships and a joint flight in space.
What could be achieved if now the opposing sides also combined their financial and technical resources?
