A million from scratch in 2 years

Hello.

A post about another bubble in the stock market caught my eye . I decided that I have something to say on this topic. Last May, I wrote about my investment experience . Then the size of my portfolio was a little over 500 thousand. At the beginning of this year, the portfolio value exceeded one million rubles. I started with 0 rubles and invest 30-33 thousand on this account every month to get the maximum tax deduction. In addition to this account, I got myself a few more:

  1. Investing in an IPO using a closed-end unit investment fund.

  2. Investments in the Russian stock market.

  3. Investments in promising biotechs.

  4. SP500 ETF daily investment.

If in the comments I see enough people who want to know about these areas, then I will definitely write.

About the income of 213,897 rubles. In addition, I also receive a tax deduction of 13% of the amount deposited into the account. In total, I'm in the black at the moment by 319,847 rubles. I hope no one will calculate the annual profitability simply by dividing it by the total investment of 815,000. 39% in 2 years is also not bad, of course, but in the first month I had only 30 thousand on my account, in the second 60 and so on. To calculate the annual, you need to use the XIRR formula, according to which I get more than 40% per year. An excellent result in my opinion.

. ETF, . , . Microsoft (+34%), (+30%), Activision Blizzard (+22%), Danaher (+20%), Bank of America (+20%), JP Morgan (+20%). Vertex (-7%), Pfizer (-7%), Merck (-4%).

My strategy is extremely simple. I'm not trying to guess what the future holds. Will the market crash tomorrow? Reach new heights? I dont know. Therefore, every month I buy and buy stocks. Is the market going to the bottom like in March last year? I'm buying. A market at historic heights? I'm buying. To all those who shout that the market will collapse, I can only offer to confirm their forecasts by betting their money on the market fall. How many people shouted that Tesla was a bubble and shorted the stock? Thousands. As a result, the shares continued to rise and all the short players lost money on this, and the people who bought and held got rich well. Think with your head.
