This topic turned out to be of interest to many of my friends, who also turn out to be thinking about certification.
When preparing, you need to take into account that PMI periodically changes the certification process:
In July 2020, the application requirements changed - it became much easier.
The content of the exam has changed since January 2021 .
In 2021, a new PMBOK 7 should also be published - accordingly, the requirements will change again.

Requirements for the candidate have not changed :
Higher education (4 years) +:
36 months of experience in project management;
35 hours of training in project management.
or Secondary education (school of 11 grades) +:
60 months of experience in project management;
35 hours of training in project management.
PMI offers just 3 steps to get PMP:
Step one : Apply for the exam.
Step two : Take the exam.

All exam questions are situational tasks as described in the exam requirements, and not the same as were in your tests!
