Foreword
The electronic device-toy "Lego Super Mario" (hereinafter referred to as a toy) is very popular among children of preschool and primary school age. The manufacturing company produces modifications ("suits") in separate sets. In the course of our research, it was shown that using only the initial ("starting" set) it is possible to achieve all variants of modification of the toy's behavior.
Initial set changes
First, you need to make changes to the main part of the suit, which is the blue jumpsuit included in the initial set.
This jumpsuit has 6 protrusions of different sizes inside. The far left and far right are large, they press push-button switches on the toy itself. To make the modifications work, we cut off the larger protrusions with conventional side cutters.
Modifications
Further modifications will be demonstrated using photographs. To press the button-type switches on the toy itself, ordinary matches were used, pointed at the end so as to pass through the slot under the switches.

Then the ends of the matches can be cut off with side cutters so that they do not interfere with putting on the suit, and put on the overalls on the toy.
Attention: you should be careful when removing the ends of matches to change the modification, as they can fall inside the toy.
Output
The Lego Super Mario electronic toy device is a complex device that, nevertheless, lends itself to modifications available to a wide range of consumers.
