Entertaining "Covid" math, survivor notes

I held back for a long time so as not to write, but the constant information campaign on television and Internet portals about the "vaccine", "plateau", "victory over covid" finally infuriated.

Unlike the chernukha and fakes from custom articles, about the fact that everything is bad in our country with covid, I rely only on my experience, the experience of a survivor with 50% lung damage and the history of neighbors at the entrance and the hospital. I do not exclude censorship that this article will be deleted soon as it does not correspond to the party's policy :).

Background

I was lucky to live and get sick Covid in that part of our vast country that did not have time to join NEW RUSSIA (in the person of Moscow, St. not the regional center) with a population of just over 180 thousand inhabitants. And in our region there are just over 1 million 250 thousand.

Task 1:

With fanfare of a worthy construction of one of the wonders of the world, they sang on television about two dozen covid hospitals specially built by military builders.

There are 85 regions in the Russian Federation, of which about 80 are outside โ€œNew Russiaโ€ (in which everything is so wonderful)

Question: What percentage of regions have adapted premises and equipment, and not โ€œpaintedโ€ ones?

Answer :

(85-20 / 85) * 100 = 76% - in the regions, but in fact less because of the "New Russia"

100% in the regional centers are content with adapted premises (praise for the health care reform). By adapted, I mean that oxygen was supplied to some of the wards and the treatment activities were stopped according to the previously approved profile.

Although now there are already reports on television about "new hospitals", which are shown in intensive care and wards without oxygen (they did not seem to have shown them).

Task 2:

Sick leave by contact is given on the 3rd day, i.e. after receiving the smear result of a patient with clinical manifestations.

Question: What is the likelihood of getting infected from work colleagues?

Answer: Higher than on the street without a mask.

In small cities and towns, there is probably a plan for taking smears for covid, tk. there is no other reason for refusing to accept tests from patients by contact (my wife was returned the money and refused to do a smear, even if you consider that I was already tested positive).

Question : If 100 smears are taken a day in a city, what is the probability that, according to statistics, there will be more than 100 patients a day?

Answer: 0% probability - we went to PLATO.

Task 3:

There are twenty covid hospitals

in the region Three in our city, more in the regional center

In the region there are 16 districts and 3 cities

In the city, an ambulance arrives within 2 days in order to be taken to a CT scan and, according to the results, to a hospital.

Q : What is the likelihood of surviving moderate covid in areas?

Answer : People from the districts sometimes do not make it to the hospital alive or are admitted to the adapted hospitals already in serious condition with a sad prognosis.

Objective 4:

The Sputnik-V vaccine has been tested in the shortest possible time on selected healthier from the already healthy military.

A "mass" vaccination campaign has begun

In the region of 1 250 000 population (more than 70% differ from the test group for health reasons) A

batch of 18 000 doses has been received

The planned duration of immunity is from 6 to 12 months (not verified)

Question : What percentage of the population will be vaccinated and can it be considered "massive"

Answer :

(18,000 * 12 months) / 1,250,000 = 17% at best (it does not even smell massive )

With this level of supply, the vaccination company will take 5 years to cover 90% of the region's population. At the same time, million doses are going to be supplied abroad, and not for the population of the Russian Federation.

Q : What percentage of the population is likely to have negative consequences after vaccination?

Answer :

Judging by the countries in which it is already vaccinated not like in the Russian Federation (less than 1%), but tens of percent of the population, it already has statistics on the negative consequences of vaccinations (which are so zealously voiced in all Russian media)

Despite our KNOW HOW Sputnik-V - the consequences of chronic diseases are inevitable, but will never be announced in our media. Even upon admission to the hospital, information about the past diseases is conveyed to the doctors orally, what the patient remembers. When vaccinated, a passport, normal temperature and pressure are generally enough. Very reminiscent of the film "I am a Legend", which was shown on TV yesterday.

Question : Sign up for an inoculation at the STATE SERVICES

Answer :

It is still impossible to even make an appointment with a doctor. But we must throw all our resources into this PR company.

Task 5:

44-FZ, 223-FZ - on the procurement of drugs for hospitals.

Wards without oxygen in adapted hospitals.

In wards with oxygen, but for five beds, there are two taps with oxygen.

Lack of staff of doctors, lack of resuscitators.

Most patients are over 50 years old.

Question : The likelihood of surviving in this hospital "for left-handed people" (where they take them to die)

Answer : If there are no concomitant diseases, age 50 and the percentage of damage as I have no more than 50, then there are chances. If a person wants to live, then medicine is powerless.

Old people die, either sitting quietly on a duck, or howling at night in pain before death. From suffocation, if the mask with oxygen has flown off, they crumble and shit and their chances decrease. resuscitation is not expected due to the lack of resuscitators. They don't write about it and don't shoot reports, tk. this is not in line with the PLATO policy and the TURNING POINT in the fight against covid.

Task 6:

Free Covid medicines for outpatient treatment (as stated in the media)

Average pension outside NEW RUSSIA 14-18 000 r

Question : Probability of surviving with outpatient treatment (before and after hospital)?

Answer: It took me 20,000 rubles in two months (except for two weeks in the hospital). on medicines and devices for treatment. Some medicines are not available at all in city warehouses and pharmacies. I managed to buy them on the third attempt, this is about eliquis from the VNL list. It is unlikely that pensioners have 3000 for an anti-thrombotic course after covid and other not cheap drugs. At my entrance, two pensioners died from thrombosis in one day after covid, but this did not affect the statistics on mortality from covid in the region.

Nowhere in the media is there a hint that it is necessary to contact a pulmonologist with lung damage in order to avoid the development of pneumonia in pulmonary fibrosis.

Question: The likelihood of re-infection with covid to survive in the presence of pulmonary fibrosis and unchanged initial conditions in hospitals?

Answer : Very low and therefore I am intensively treated so that by the next arrival of the covid I have a chance to survive.

Task 76:

1,250,000 population of the region

20 hospitals

26,000 cases in the region

190 new cases per day in the region

up to 6 deaths per day in the region

at the entrance of 20 apartments - 60 residents

6 cases (with a positive test) covid at the entrance

2 deaths from thrombosis after covida at the entrance

Question: I live in an abnormal zone or is there something wrong with the statistics?

Answer :

According to statistics, 2% of cases, 10% at the entrance

According to statistics, 190 new cases per day, maybe they just take 200 smears

According to statistics, up to 6 deaths per day, at the entrance 2 per day

I can see I live in an abnormal zone, an abnormal city, an abnormal area, which was not lucky enough to join NEW RUSSIA

Conclusion

Please do not take this article as crap.

I am very grateful to the doctors who cured me and continue to treat

me.But even I (who almost recovered) are very scared for the future, if we remain in blissful ignorance and euphoria broadcast on television, the population of Zamkadye in the next wave of Covid can greatly decrease and the number of disabled people breathing every other time will increase.
