Mark gauntlet v4.2: creation manual

In the last article, I showed how my project and, in particular, Mark gauntlet developed. In short: this is a glove-brace that has radio modules and various interfaces of interaction.

Version 4.2 is probably the latest and I tried to make it presentable and easy to repeat.

1.Printed parts

Everything was designed in Fusion 360. Details can be downloaded both in slt format and as an assembly file .

Battery compartment

A 3 * 18650 battery box is inserted into the compartment, the design itself is worn on the shoulder.

Base and electronics compartment

I soldered 3 of 4 parts together, and 4 is removable, allowing you to put on the base relatively quickly and reliably

Glove

This module attaches to any cloth glove

2.Electronics

Most electronics are on printed circuit boards

List of required components in the table :

After soldering the components, it is better to duplicate the power rails with wires (from the bottom board to the top)

Then you need to carefully glue (you can use hot glue) the boards into the case

3.Program

.

Visual Studio Code platformio. .

  • Illumination using RGB LEDs and address strip for 8 diodes

I still have 3 full pairs of boards, so if someone decides to repeat my project, I can send them (from China, delivery of about 1000 rubles will be released, for 1 device it is not profitable to order there).

If you have any questions about the device, I am ready to answer.
