In theory, they allow you to completely get rid of paper files and transfer them to electronic form, thanks to which you get not only saving paper and time, but also a detailed chronology of the process (who launched and when, who approved what time, etc.), keep all comments and remarks of employees, do not allow people to skip individual important stages and many other advantages. You can also learn about certain things not when everything has already been agreed, but at the early stages (for example, when an employee is going on vacation, a very large discount is requested, etc.), and not at the very last moment.
With this article, I begin a cycle of three materials that will help you look at the development of business processes from the side of the director or owner, the head of a department or department, as well as directly from the side of a technical specialist who will deal with the implementation of your wishes.
Perhaps, it is worth starting with the fact that with all due respect to you and your business, most likely the 1C-Bitrix company is several times larger than your company both in terms of staffing and turnover, it employs more experienced IT specialists and, most importantly, they see the centurion of such companies as yours and can read (or not read :) all the wishes from them. Yes, maybe Iām wrong, and your company is larger than 1C, but then itās unlikely that you, as an owner, will bother with how best to deal with the development of a business process, for sure you have a whole department for this. If you understand what I mean, then let's move on.
