Russia is a contender for the third place (already traditional). I am making the assessment according to the highest expectations and realistic. The overall estimate for Russia does not include suborbital launches and tests of ICBMs.
The maximum number of orbital launches in Russia in 2021 is 49!
According to media reports and unofficial manifestos.
My forecast for 2021 is that Russia will make 29 (plus or minus 3) orbital launch attempts. One accident. Third place for 2021.
