I never had any motivation to do physical education. Even as a child, I preferred esports to sports. With the beginning of professional activity, only the nature of the programs launched has changed. Programming has become sporting. And, as befits a professional athlete, I continued to eat well. Everything changed when I turned 25. I changed my attitude to physical activity - I just began to hate them, they became my sentence. With a height of 175 and a weight of 120 kg, I had hypertension with arrhythmia. Doing ordinary household chores was exhausting so that there was less and less energy left to work. Serious health problems began to loom ahead. How did I find a way out of this situation in 10 years? No way. Details under the cut.
Iteration one
After visiting a cardiologist and realizing that my blood pressure is 100 to 170, I realized that I might not live to see an honest programmer stroke at 30. One of the consequences of hypertension is arrhythmia, which is very unpleasant. When you try to sleep, you hear your heart beating and throbbing in your head. This made me see a doctor. I was prescribed some pills and told that I needed to change my lifestyle.
I decided that I am not grand enough to take pills yet. And so I started with a way of life. Facing the fear of not living up to 30, I forced myself to go on a diet. Reducing the calorie intake to 2000 kcal. I started doing twenty-minute exercises every day. Along the way, I introduced into my exercise a walk for an hour or two around the city. I was afraid to run with my weight and zero background. As a result, after 8 months I lost weight up to 90 kg. Youth forgives a lot and the pressure dropped to 70 to 130. I was pleased with the result, but extremely dissatisfied with my life.
