Feedback. Why develop feedback in the company and how to give it correctly: research, recommendations, practices

Without the right team feedback, even successful companies can lose up to 22% of their revenue. This is the conclusion reached by researchers from Gallup and Workplace Medicine. The culture of productive feedback is being implemented in two directions: continuous training of employees in the rules of feedback and the organization of a feedback system.

How feedback affects company performance

The traditional feedback format for the 20th century - annual attestation - seems too cumbersome today. 95% of managers oppose this approach, and among the main reasons they name high time costs and super-efforts. A manager spends an average of 210 hours of work time on this process , and it has not been proven that the finished rating affects personal performance and business results.
