My name is Yaroslav Pylaev , I am a developer, student, I love books, morning jogging and shirts. But I never liked any of this before. And he could not program. And I never made to-do lists for the day. Once, after another evening without benefit, when it would probably be worth getting, I began to realize that I was spending a lot of time on stupid things - watching stupid videos, lying stupidly on the couch and sleeping, as if saving up sleep for the future. I wanted to read a book. True, apparently, he did not want to be strong enough, so he did not start reading anything. But the stream of strange videos on YouTube was diluted with videos about how people talked about planning their time, controlling habits and organizing their workspace. Tarkovsky was right - experience cannot be conveyed so easily, but it can definitely have an impact.
I decided on a piece of paper to write down a to-do list for the day
At first, the implementation was at the level of Michael Jordan, and then, continuing the metaphor, he slipped to the point that he began to skip training. Later I realized that I was making the list not for myself, who still remember how cool it is to do nothing in the evening, but for a career guy who adheres to Leonardo Da Vinci's special sleep system. No matter how I color the diary, no matter what applications I download, without a sober assessment of my own strengths and real motivation, all plans collapsed. I tried to organize more than one day, but more time - a week.
