Now I want to talk about how to transfer the collected information into BPMN format, i.e. how to correctly describe business processes using this notation.
It is important to understand that until the business process is described in a graphical form, it can be considered that it does not exist, since it is extremely difficult to evaluate textual descriptions or oral reasoning. But very often people get confused about where to start and how to act correctly when drawing up a graphical model. To help everyone, I have drawn up an approximate sequence of actions.
Follow these points and drawing up a business process will go quickly and without critical errors:

Assign actions to executors.
Calculate process finals.
Describe the conditions (gateways).
Describe entities external to the process.
