My name is Slava, and I am the Technical Leader of the Developers business in Qian. Developers are a large team of 25 people. 18 of them are developers and testers. Since mid-2019, we have been participating in remote work experiments in Qian. We successfully managed to switch to partial remote removal by the beginning of 2020, even before the start of coronavirus restrictions. I want to tell you about the experience of Cyan's transition to telecommuting, primarily from the IT side.
Since March 23, our team has been working from home, the company has been working remotely for more than 200 days. During this time, we managed to finish the planned quarter, adapt to fully remote work and plan a new quarter.
