Webcam
I really wanted to screw a camera onto an android emulator for a Windows PC (I had to read the qr code, but this is a topic for a separate article), searches on the Internet gave only one decent free software.
DroidCam Wireless Webcam ( google play free and paid versions) is an application for a smartphone and a client for Windows (with a driver for a virtual device built into the installer) and Linux, which allows you to use an android smartphone as a PC video camera, connecting via USB or WI-FI ... The project site , where you can download the software, here is a mirror ( client for Windows ). Additional information can be found at w3bsit3-dns.com .
To start using, you need to install and open programs on your smartphone and PC.
For USB connection you need:
select the appropriate connection type in the Windows application (blue frame, middle button)
connect smartphone to PC via USB
in Windows application click Start
With a Wi-Fi connection (smartphone and PC must be connected to the same network), the video can be viewed from the client program or from the browser, 2 connections are not allowed.
To start connecting via Wi-Fi, you need to select the connection method (blue frame, left button). Then:
To connect through the client program, you must specify the IP of the smartphone in the network (red arrows) and the port in it;
To connect via a browser, you must type the address (green rectangle) in the address bar of the browser.
In both cases, if something does not work out, you can try to twist the port settings.

In the first case, the smartphone will act as a source of Internet access, but some mobile providers block this opportunity. The easiest way is to turn off the mobile Internet on your smartphone, while the connection to the PC will remain, since this is primarily a local network. Or you can change the ttl, but this is the way of the Jedi.
In any case, in the Windows application, the Server Address line will contain the IP address, which will need to be specified in the android application, and then click on the connect button (highlighted in blue).
