If you make a useful service that people will use, you will sooner or later come to make an application too. Of course, if you want customers to be comfortable and to have customers in general (or even better, to have more of them).
In this post we will tell you about our new application - how we made it and how people generally feel about insurance when it comes to buying a policy through a smartphone. What are the features of insurance in principle, why bots are evil in some industries and why cats should not eat all the lilies in a row.
But first, a few words about our first app. We did it as a small experiment to see if it was needed at all and whether customers would use it. We had 1 (one) developer who gathered all his enthusiasm in March this year and started by creating a web view wrapper. In April, we rolled out the app on Google Play, and in June, on the App Store.
Of course, since we were talking about webview, you probably already imagined the reviews of users who, from modern smartphones, opened the mobile version of our site through the application and managed to flex their finger perfectly in attempts to leaf through the page with important information to the end. The layout turned out to be an intelligent creature, and therefore absolutely unpredictable on different diagonal of screens and in different weather.
In some places, at times, the keyboard simply overlapped the text input field, so we can assume that the application also had a memory and spelling trainer. And when the user turned on the dark theme on the android, he was sometimes prompted to enter text in black letters on a black background. Security is always good.
