This means that you need to do personal branding within the company. Where to begin?





There are many articles, books and tutorials on networking and personal branding. And almost all of them are designed for politicians, freelancers, managers - for those who want to set sail (or are already floating) in the market space on their own or at the head of a project. But what about those who want to work in a team, in the structure of the company, and at the same time form their own personal brand?





When we conduct coaching for a manager and individually work with his request, the goal is usually career growth or preparation for creating our own project. Personal brand trainings are held in an open format, as companies are wary of the prospect of branding their employees. Indeed, even when ordering leadership trainings, companies, as a rule, negotiate with the coach the boundaries of the β€œpermissible result” - so that the participants do not later demand a salary increase, do not want to move to another job, and do not apply for top positions without exception.
